Design around the buying decision
We organize the website around what a customer needs to know: the services offered, who they are for, the places served and what happens after an enquiry. Navigation and page structure should support those decisions.
Real business photography, clear typography and restrained motion can create a strong visual identity without making a mobile visitor wait for the message.
Bring content and development together
A rebuild is an opportunity to make the content architecture and the underlying site agree. Important pages need useful copy, descriptive metadata, a consistent address and links from relevant parts of the site.
- Responsive layouts and readable page structure.
- Accessible form labels, focus states and error messages.
- Optimized images with appropriate alternative text.
- Crawlable page content, canonical URLs and a sitemap.
Make chat and forms earn their place
Chat should help someone choose a service or ask for help. A lead form should collect enough information to respond without making the first step unnecessarily difficult. A useful handoff preserves the service interest, page context and contact permission.
We test the accepted submission and the destination system. The success message must describe what actually happened, and a failure should give the visitor a clear way to try again.
Launch with a measurement plan
The launch checklist covers working pages, legacy routes that need a new destination, mobile enquiries and analytics. Once the site is live, Search Console and lead data help identify which pages are being discovered and which need further work.
