Enquiries

When you submit a form, we collect your name, email, phone, optional business name and website, selected market and service, message and consent. We also record the source page and a request reference. SaskSEO and Flor Technologies use this information to respond and manage your enquiry in Flor LMS.

The website first saves the request in protected Cloudflare storage so a temporary connection problem does not lose it. Once the central lead system confirms receipt, an owner notification is queued for flor@flor.tel through Resend. A receipt confirms the lead record; it does not prove that an email has been delivered.

Flor chat

Flor is an AI assistant, not a human agent. Chat messages and short conversational context are processed through OpenAI to answer questions using SaskSEO’s website content. Context is stored temporarily in Cloudflare storage and expires after 30 minutes. The application uses the provider’s non-stored Responses setting; provider service and security retention policies may still apply.

Chat cannot purchase services or submit an enquiry for you. If you choose to continue to the form, review your notes before submitting. A separate optional checkbox lets you link the chat reference. We do not silently attach the full conversation to your enquiry.

Optional analytics

If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It may measure page visits, service interest, chat openings and successful enquiries. Form values, chat text, names, emails, phone numbers, website addresses entered in the form and enquiry references are not sent as analytics event fields. Page addresses are sent without query strings.

You can change your choice with “Cookie settings” in the footer. The site stores that choice in your browser. Essential session storage keeps a pending form reference and draft within your current tab so you can retry safely.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and protected operational storage. Flor LMS stores the central enquiry. OpenAI processes chat, Resend handles team notifications, and Google processes analytics only when enabled and accepted. These services may process data outside your province or country under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and requests

Temporary chat history expires automatically. Once an email provider accepts a notification, duplicate contact details and message content are removed from the website’s delivery queue; the central enquiry record remains in Flor LMS for follow-up. Pending or failed delivery records are retained for recovery. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.
